These Cabernet Sauvignon wines are each made from a single block of grapes at York Creek. Because we are in the mountains it is necessary to plant many individual areas, and they are separated by steep ground or forests, and each block has a unique name, soil, and exposure. We made wine from these individual blocks in order to learn about the specific nature of the grapes. They are all 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and 100% from the names block.
